Canaries training video goes viral
OVER the weekend we published a short clip of a Norwich City goalkeeper training drill led by goalkeeping coach Dean Kiely to our social media channels.

The response to
'Spikeball' is used as an innovative training mechanism, testing the speed, agility and reactions of City's goalkeepers.
Featuring a trampette in the middle, the game revolves around pairings keeping the ball off the ground and trying to get it past their opponents.
