City return to action against the Millers

ALEX Neil says Rotherham United won't be underestimated when they visit Carrow Road on Saturday (3pm).

This weekend's opponents are propping up the Sky Bet Championship after notching just one victory in the division so far this season.

But Neil thinks the position of Alan Stubbs' team in the table doesn't reflect their quality, telling Norwich City TV on Friday: "It's going to be a tough game.

"Rotherham, although they're at the bottom of the league, I think the performances have been better than that in my opinion. I've seen them live as well, I went to watch them.

"It's a game where we're going to have to match them for effort and endeavour and all the other bits that you always need to do, then hopefully our quality will come through.

"We've come off the back of a really good month, and we want to try and emulate that again or do better, which means win all the games really."

Neil also emphasised that getting a similar set of results from the next round of fixtures will help the Canaries in their promotion push.

"They're all crucial. We want to make sure we try and get as many points as we can so come Christmas time, we're there or thereabouts.

"As I've said a few times, from that point onwards it's really about churning the wins out and trying to keep ourselves up there."
