Olsson helps Sweden to three points
ONE City player was in action in World Cup qualifying on Friday night.Left-back Martin Olsson completed the full game for Sweden as they eked out a 1-0 win over Luxembourg at the Stade Josy Barthel.
Mikael Lustig's second half goal earned Janne Andersson's side their first victory in Group A against a Luxembourg team who finished the contest with ten men.
In Group B, Timm Klose was an unused substitute as Switzerland eventually fought off Hungary for a 3-2 victory in Budapest.
The Swiss twice held the advantage but were pegged back each time by Adam Szalai, only for substitute Valentin Stocker to strike a dramatic winner in stoppage time.
