The latest squad news ahead of Saturday

ALEX Tettey looks set to miss this weekend's trip to Nottingham Forest with the hip injury he sustained in midweek.

The Norway international midfielder was withdrawn at half-time of the 2-1 victory over Wigan Athletic, and Alex Neil said on Friday that he will be without Tettey at the City Ground on Saturday.

"I'm not sure Alex is going to be available, which is disappointing. It's a bit of a blow for us," Neil told Norwich City TV.

"He's hurt his hip. We're hoping it's going to settle down as quickly as possible. Forced substitutions have been common this season, which isn't a good situation to find ourselves in."

Neil is more hopeful about the likelihood of Ivo Pinto featuring, adding: "I'm hoping Ivo should be ok, he's made a good recovery since then."

Robbie Brady is expected to return to the squad after his absence against the Latics, but Neil doesn't think Nelson Oliveira will be ready to face his former side.

"I'm not sure he'll make it, we're more aiming for Tuesday for him," revealed City's boss.

Matt Jarvis remains the Canaries' only long-term absentee after he underwent knee surgery in the summer.
