David Wright's City started positively after half-time but Villa, who entered the Barclays Under-18s Premier League contest unbeaten in their previous six matches, took the lead on 56 minutes.
James Finnerty found space from the a set-piece to nod home and give his side the advantage.
Further goals from Tre Pemberton and Mitch Clark put the visitors out of reach, with City now looking to bounce back in their final game of the campaign away to Everton on Saturday, May 13 (11am).
