Daniel Farke believes Norwich City have acquired a player with an extremely bright future in Sean Raggett.
The 23-year-old centre-back penned a three-year deal with the Canaries on Friday, joining the club from National League champions Lincoln City.
Speaking to Norwich City TV, Farke said: "Sean is a young guy but is full of potential.
"He's improved from year-to-year and is a very strong player. I really like his character so I'm really pleased that we've signed him.
"There were a lot of clubs wanting to sign him, so it's good for us."
Raggett will initially return to Lincoln on loan until the New Year, and could be involved in the Imps' match away to Exeter City this weekend.
"I watched some games of his and the more I saw, the more I liked," the Head Coach explained.
"He's a really good player. It's probably a little bit early to put him into the Championship right now.
"We wanted to have the option of having him for our squad in January. We're hoping he will improve day-to-day, and games are important for that.
"The most important thing is him getting more minutes and more experience. We're looking forward to him having that."
