Norwich City Head Coach Daniel Farke says Tom Trybull's arrival at the Club represents another addition that matches his footballing philosophy.
The 24-year-old joined the Canaries on a free transfer on Friday, having spent last season with Dutch outfit FC Den Haag.
Speaking to canaries.co.uk, Farke said: "He's a tecnical guy who will be able to connect our defence and midfield to the attacking part of our squad.
"He is able to build up our game so is a player who fits perfectly for our style. He was a very highly-rated at Werder Bremen and played 20 times in the Germans Bundesliga in a really good team that played in Europe.
"Tom is a young player but also very experienced and he's used to playing with very good players. We're happy to have him."
With Trybull having been a free agent this summer, Farke says patience will be key to the midfielder's attempts to break into the side.
"Tom will need some time as he has come in quite late," he added.
"He has had to some individual training sessions after leaving his team from last season. He did really well in his few days training with us and is in good condition.
"He will need some time but he's a good option for us."
