Louis Ramsay helped Woking to their second victory of the 2017-18 Vanarama National League season on Tuesday evening, as the Cards beat Eastleigh 2-1.
Ramsay, starting his fourth game in succession, played 82 minutes of the fixture in Surrey as Inih Effiong and a Gavin Hoyte own goal helped Woking climb to 12th in the league table.
Eastleigh started well and hit the crossbar twice in the first-half, however, Effiong scored on the stroke of half-time to put Woking in front. The points were sealed in the second half as Hoyte diverted Effiong’s cross into his own net.
Meanwhile, Joe Crowe played a full 90 minutes for Limerick as they were beaten 2-0 by Shamrock Rovers in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.
David McAllister scored just before the break and Ronan Finn doubled the visitors lead on the hour mark as Limerick were condemned to their third league defeat in a row.
But it was another useful outing for Crowe, who clocked up his fifth full match since joining.
