Daniel Farke says the attitude of his Norwich City players is among the best he has seen in professional football.
Despite the Canaries being short of form of late, the Head Coach says a continuing desire to improve is evident across the changing room.
Speaking to the media ahead of Friday's game with Brentford, Farke said: "Our attitude is outstanding for a professional club.
"We always try to find a good workload for the players so they are in good shape. We're in a good situation physically and mentally.
"I'm a big believer in hard work. You always earn what you invest. We are blessed to work in this business, it's a gift."
The Bees represent a familiar opponent for Farke, with City having come across them in the Carabao Cup earlier in the campaign.
"Brentford away in the cup was a brilliant game," the 41-year-old added.
"We were excellent in the second half against Sheffield Wednesday and we created a lot of chances against Leeds. It gives me a lot of confidence.
"It's about bringing it on the pitch. If we have a good performance and 100 per cent focus, we are capable of beating any team.
"We want to bring the performance from Leeds, but with a better result."
