Take our online survey to help shape new programme

THE Community Sports Foundation has teamed up with local charity Big C to launch a brand new cancer rehabilitation exercise programme.

Later this year, the Foundation will launch the 10-week programme in conjunction with the Norfolk-based fundraisers to help improve the wellbeing of those affected by cancer.

They are looking to engage with Norwich City fans or any individuals who have been impacted directly or indirectly by cancer and who, via an online survey, can assist in shaping the contents of the programme.

The programme will include a one-hour session involving physical activity - potentially including gentle exercises such as walking football and aerobics - followed by a one-hour networking opportunity.

The Big C Appeal began in 1980 and has since raised over £25m, with its investment in key equipment for hospitals in the area meaning more people can be treated locally.

It also continually supports research into the disease at the Norwich Research Park, where amazing strides have been made in the field.
