Young Canaries one game away from European final

MITCHELL Dijks is set to be included in the Norwich City Under-23s squad which takes on Sunderland in the Premier League International Cup semi-final on Friday night at Carrow Road (7pm).

The Dutch left-back is currently unavailable for first team selection as he serves a suspension following his red card against Blackburn but is eligible to feature in Development Squad fixtures.

Fellow professional Ben Godfrey will also form part of the matchday squad, with the winners of the contest set to host Porto in the competition's final.

Tickets for the game are once again FREE to all supporters and Academy Manager Richard Money has called on City's fans to back the team in numbers for what could prove to be a historic night for the club.

The Canaries are the only side in the tournament with a 100 per cent record having won all of their matches played so far, including a 6-0 dismantling on Croatian outfit Dinamo Zagreb in the previous round.

Tickets can be claimed online HERE, by calling 0844 826 1902 or in any of the three Canaries Official stores. Fans arriving on the night without pre-booked tickets are advised to turn up early.
