ALEX Tettey says everyone involved with Norwich City, from the terraces to the pitch, must be ready to start afresh when pre-season training begins in July.
Speaking as part of the final instalment of Norwich City TV production City360, the midfielder expressed a desire to drastically improve upon a disappointing 2016-17 campaign.
"We had some really good games and some really poor games," the 31-year-old explained.
"Inside the dressing room we know how good we can be as a team. We have a good group and hopefully, when the new coach comes in, it will make it exciting."
The appointment of a new man to lead City into next season is one Tettey is looking forward to, as he added: "Whoever comes in, we will be happy about it and crack on.
"I've been told it's going to be exciting times so I hope that's going to be true. I have no idea what's going to happen but that's football and I accept it.
"I like the place, I like the people and I like Norwich City. It's a good environment to be working in and I want to be part of it."
The final instalment of this season's City360 will be available to view on Norwich City TV from 8pm on Friday, May 19.
