A NEW cancer rehabilitation programme run by Norwich City's official charity partner the Community Sports Foundation with local charity Big C is now open to interested individuals.
The 10-week programme helps those who are living with or recovering from cancer enjoy the benefits of physical activity at Norwich City Football Club, and is completely FREE to all.
Each weekly session includes a one-hour physical activity session - including the likes of gym, yoga, swimming and walking football - followed by a social hour with group discussions, guest appearances and excursions.
The programme runs every Friday between 4pm-6pm, with the first session having taken place on Friday, May 5 at Carrow Park, Norwich City Football Club.
