Norwich City’s Under-18s were denied their second league victory of the season by a last gasp equaliser away to West Ham United but the draw did extend their unbeaten run to four matches.
Their east London opponents had lost each of their five league matches this season and Anthony Spyrou looked to have succumbed the Hammers to another defeat on 74 minutes after an assist by Anis Mehmeti.
However, Korrey Henry equalised for West Ham in stoppage time to deny David Wright’s team a victory heading into the international break.
Nonetheless, the win stretched the Canaries’ unbeaten run and they are back in action on 14 October at home to Reading (12:30 kick-off).
