Meet the opposition

Leeds appointed Marcelo Bielsa as their new head coach in the summer and the move raised eyebrows across the footballing world

Bielsa, a manager cited by the likes of Pep Guardiola, Mauricio Pochettino and Diego Simeone as an inspiration, has a CV which boasts previous managerial roles at the Argetinian and Chilean national teams, Athletic Bilbao, Marseille and Lazio.

The 63-year-old has hit the ground running at Elland Road and Leeds have impressed many on-lookers over the course of their four games so far.

Bielsa opted for both experience and youth in his summer recruits, welcoming renowned Championship striker Patrick Bamford and full-back Barry Douglas, who helped Wolves to promotion to the Premier League last season. Lewis Baker, Jamal Blackman (both Chelsea) and Jack Harrison (Manchester City) were brought in on loan.

After winning their first three matches, Leeds' 100% start was brought to a halt on Tuesday night following a 2-2 draw at Swansea City.
