Important security information – please note
- Tickets will be sold on a one ticket per person basis, with the name and customer number of the purchaser printed on the ticket.
- All tickets are non-transferable. If you cannot use the ticket yourself it must be returned to the Norwich City ticket office by August 31 to either get a full refund or to change the name of the person who is using the ticket. Any amends to the name on the ticket will make the original ticket invalid.
- Photographic ID will be required on the day in company with your match ticket for anyone aged over 18 years old. Any persons aged under 18 years will need to bring their season ticket or membership card as ID. This ID must match the name printed on the match ticket or entry will be refused.
- All supporters are advised to arrive at Portman Road no later than 30 minutes before kick-off, to allow for the required time to carry out safety checks that are likely to lengthen queuing times.
Your match ticket must be kept with you once inside the ground as tickets will be checked and failure to produce your match ticket if asked might result in ejection from the ground.
