Norwich City's matchday hospitality team were recognised last week at the 2018 Stadium Events and Hospitality Awards.
City won bronze in the "medium stadium" category, finishing behind Everton and Hull City who won silver and gold respectively.
The awards recognise the efforts and dedication shown by the catering, conference and events teams at every football and rugby stadium in the country, with 70 clubs being nominated for awards on the night.
Matchday Hospitality Sales Manager Rachel Brister said: "It's a huge honour to have our endeavours recognised by this award.
"I'm very proud of the team's efforts because we have worked incredibly hard to provide the best service on a matchday to our customers."
There are limited season tickets available in corporate areas ahead of the 2018-19 season, with match-by-match packages going on sale from Monday, June 25.
