Aarons featured for the full 90 minutes, as his side eased past Iceland, a brace from Stephen Walker and a goal from Steven Sessegnon meant the Three Lions won 3-1.
Both Thorvaldsson and Barkarson started for Iceland Under-19s, Barkarson played the full game whilst Thorvaldsson was substituted in the 63rd minute.
Adam Idah came on as a substitute at half-time for the Republic of Ireland Under-18s, and scored their only goal in a 3-1 loss against England Under-18s in Spain
