Daniel Farke said his Norwich City side will be prepared to “give everything” against Stoke City, and hope to carry on their positive run of form.
City return to Carrow Road this Saturday to take on Stoke (3pm kick-off) and Farke says his team need to be on top form if they are to overcome the Potters.
“We need a really good performance," Farke said. "We have to be at 100% to have a chance against them.
“We will be prepared and give everything to give ourselves the best chance.”
Farke believes what his young City side have achieved so far has been outstanding.
“The most impressive thing is the consistency in our performances and results, and with this young squad, to go eight games unbeaten at this level it’s outstanding. All I can do is praise the guys.”
City take on Stoke, in what will be the first encounter between the two teams in the Championship since 2008. Farke said he is “full of respect” for the opposition ahead of the game.
“When you analyse their squad, it’s the most experienced squad in the whole league with the biggest names and in Garry Rowett an experienced head coach at this level.
“I am sure they [Stoke City] will be fighting promotion at the end of the season.”
Farke also praised the support of the fans both home and away.
He said: “We need our fans and lots of support to be a unity at Carrow Road for the game; that will be crucial.”
