International Round-up: Teemu Pukki's Finland remain unbeaten

16 October 2018

Finland kept their 100% record in the UEFA Nations League on Monday evening beating Greece 2-0, despite Teemu Pukki withdrawing from the match after 12 minutes.

The City striker picked up a knock in the opening stages of Finland’s game which led to him being substituted and replaced by Simon Skrabb.

Pukki had scored three match winning goals in his previous three games in the UEFA Nations League Group C2.

Jamal Lewis completed another 90 minutes for Northern Ireland; however his side lost 2-0 against Bosnia & Herzegovina.

The 20-year old played a fantastic low cross, which fell at the feet of fellow Championship player George Saville who struck the post.

Michael McGovern [Northern Ireland] and Timm Klose [Switzerland] were both unused substitutes in their respective UEFA Nations League ties.

REMAINING INTERNATIONAL SCHEDULE FOR CITY PLAYERS
