Norwich City can confirm that Savvas Mourgos will miss the rest of the season after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) whilst on loan at Dutch second tier side FC Dordrecht.
Mourgos will see a consultant on Wednesday with the view to having an operation in the coming weeks.
The Greek midfielder, 20, joined City in the summer of 2017 and was a regular feature for the Under-23s last season.
He joined Eerste Divisie side Dordrecht at the beginning of this season and, to date, has played ten games, scoring three goals.
Everyone at the Club would like to wish Savvas all the very best throughout his rehab.
