City launch exciting new WhatsApp service

Norwich City has become one of the first football clubs to launch an official and completely free to use WhatsApp messaging service for supporters to enjoy.

The new service will allow Canaries fans to get all the latest news from the Club sent directly to their phones, along with behind-the-scenes videos, team updates, press conference news, exclusive offers, ticket updates and more at your fingertips.

Joe Ferrari, Director of Communications, said: “We’re excited to be one of the first football clubs to offer a service of this kind in the UK with an official WhatsApp service for our supporters in Norfolk, across the UK and around the world.

“Over the years we’ve committed to bringing ours fans the latest news about their Club through a variety of print and digital channels and our global digital footprint now stands at well over 1.5m people.

“WhatsApp is a very popular service which is used every day by many of our fans of all ages. We’ll be delivering the latest news about the Canaries and lots of exclusive NCFC content to people who sign up – and we’re confident the channel will be a great success.”

To add us to your contacts, all you need to do is open this page on your mobile and click HERE to be taken through to our WhatsApp page. You then need to click the green ‘WhatsApp’ button below and follow the instructions. Remember to save our number as ‘Norwich City’ to ensure you receive our messages.

The WhatsApp group will be running for the remainder of the season and will be open to a limited number of Canary fans.
