Norwich City has today launched its exciting new retail shopping experience and online store, with the Club offering 20% off for Canary fans to mark the launch.
Working with Retail and Sports Systems (RSS) on the project, the changes will offer a better shopping experience for customers with a modernised look and feel.
Kayleigh Coverdale, Head of Retail at the Club, said: “We are delighted to have signed with Retail and Sports Systems. When looking at potential providers to modernise our systems and create a user-friendly journey both online and in our stores, RSS came out on top for us based on their solution that works so successfully with Premier League clubs like Fulham and West Ham.
“We received feedback from our fans on the disparate systems we had in place and ensured we put our fans at the centre of the process. The huge benefit to customers with the migration to RSS is all around the new and improved customer journey, with the online store now providing more payment options including PayPal, Guest Checkout and Quick Buy, a more informative customer journey and a modernised look and feel.
“Another big step change is that all clothing is now modelled by real models to ensure that the fan has a true idea of the fit of an item The whole team have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that the changeover has been to the benefit of the fan and this, we believe, is visible with the end product.
“In-store we had a dated till system that was in need of an upgrade to ensure we could cut queueing times at key periods in the season, such as match days, the launch of our kits and Christmas, while we can now also offer a wider range of promotions for our fans.”
