Daniel Farke said Alex Tettey is available for Norwich City ahead of tomorrow’s game against Leeds United at Elland Road.
The City midfielder has been out for Norwich’s last two games with an injury, but is set to return and travel to Leeds on Saturday, with the Canaries involved in a top of the league clash.
Farke said at his pre-match press conference: “Alex Tettey is available tomorrow; he is back in the squad and is in good physical condition.”
The City boss then shared that Timm Klose and Moritz Leitner remain out and are unavailable for this weekend’s match.
“Both are improving in their rehab, Timm Klose is doing some running, we hope that he can join us in his team training.
“If everything works, Moritz [Leitner] can be back in team training next Wednesday, but both of them have not been involved in team training yet and they are not available for tomorrow.”
Farke then provided a positive update on the rest of the City squad, following last week’s 2-2 draw against Sheffield United.
“You don’t know if there is going to be an illness or something like this but all the other lads are available for tomorrow.”
The signing of Philip Heise was City’s only deadline day signing, and the full-back will not be involved in Saturday’s game.
“He [Philip Heise] will not travel with the squad tomorrow. He has just been here one day and has had one training session; he may be a topic for next week after a full week’s training.”
