EFL Trophy draw set to take place on Friday

Norwich City will learn their opponents for the group stage of the 2019-20 EFL Trophy in the draw on Friday.

City are among 16 Category One academies to have been invited to play in this year's competition, along with the 48 clubs from League's One and Two.

The 48 have now been allocated groups in the Northern and Southern sections of the draw, with the 16 academies set to be added to the groups on Friday.

City are in the Southern Section of the draw and have been given BALL NUMBER 5. Full list below:

The draw will take place at 12.30pm on Friday and be broadcast live on talkSPORT.
