Norwich City’s Under-18s come up against Aston Villa at Colney Training Centre on Saturday (11am kick-off).
Last time out, the Canaries were beaten by the U18s Premier League leaders 6-2, but showed character and determination after being 4-0 down at half-time.
City’s side included many Under-16s players, with goal scorers Tom Dickson-Peters and Tony Springett both featuring for the both the Under-18s and Under-16s this season, which shows just how young this City side is.
Aston Villa also go into the game on the back of a defeat, losing 1-0 at home against Chelsea last Saturday, with George Nunn’s 53rd minute goal proving to be the difference between the two sides.
Villa are placed sixth in the Under-18s Premier League table, and know a win over the Canaries could see them move up to fourth.
