Norwich City are delighted to be hosting the first in a series of Food and Wine workshops at Carrow Road on November 27.
Join Delia Smith, Alex Mackay, Paul Kelly and Dhruv Baker for a day of festive food and other Italian Christmas treats.
The day will be hosted by Delia and will begin at 10:30am with a coffee and preview of the exclusive brand new artisanal range from Sacla’. Following this will be a series of cookery demonstrations by chef Alex Mackay, who has previously directed Raymond Blanc’s cookery school at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. Recipes will include the classic Delia panettone pudding and panettone trifle.
Paul Kelly will then be joining us to attempt a world record with the fastest ever turkey carving! This will be followed by ideas about how to make a delicious antipasti board for your Christmas entertaining with MasterChef winner Dhruv Baker.
Guests will then learn how to make festive cocktails before sitting down to a seasonal three-course meal with a paired wine tasting with each course.
Finally, following lunch guests will have the chance to have a Q&A with Delia, alongside a book signing where guests are encouraged to bring along their much-loved Delia recipe books.
All guests will also receive a Sacla’ goody bag to take home.
Tickets are priced at £120.00 per person. The day starts at 10:30am with an expected end of 5:00pm.
