Daniel Farke has declared goalkeeper Tim Krul fit for action this weekend against Brighton and Hove Albion.
The City number one has been in brilliant form this season but was a major injury doubt following last weekend's defeat against Manchester United, a game in which he saved two penalties.
However, the knock to his knee isn't as bad as first feared and Farke says Krul will start in goal for the Canaries at the Amex Stadium.
In other positive injury news, the boss also confirmed Ralf Fährmann is fit and available for selection after recovering from a groin injury.
After Kenny McLean's partner gave birth on Wednesday morning, there could be another young Canary on the way this week with Farke revealing Onel Hernandez is currently with his partner in hospital as they await the birth of their child.
Hernandez won't travel with the team to Brighton on Friday evening but still could feature depending on when the baby arrives.
Elsewhere, Farke revealed Todd Cantwell (hamstring) and Ibrahim Amadou (knee) are doubts for the fixture and Mario Vrancic will once again miss out through illness.
However, the boss hopes to see Vrancic back for next week's game at Watford with a full week of training under his belt.
