Norwich City’s preparations for the 2020-21 campaign will ramp up over the coming period with a pre-season training camp and friendly fixtures now confirmed.
City’s first pre-season fixture will take place against MK Dons on Friday, August 21. The game will take place behind-closed-doors at Lotus Training Centre.
Over the course of the coming weekend, Daniel Farke and his side will then head to the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany for a week-long training camp.
During the camp City will face German opposition in SC Verl (Monday, August 24), Dynamo Dresden (Wednesday, August 26) and SV Darmstadt 98 (Saturday, August 29). All games will take place at behind-closed-doors venues.
Norwich will then return to the UK, with a first competitive fixture of the new season scheduled to be away at Luton Town in the first round of the Carabao Cup on the weekend of September 5.
In line with current government regulations and guidance in both the UK and Germany, City’s pre-season fixtures and training sessions will not be open to the public. The club asks that this guidance is respected and followed throughout this period.
All fixtures remain subject to change.
