Norwich City stores at the Fan Hub, situated downstairs in Jarrold Norwich, and Carrow Road will be open on Bank Holiday Monday.
Both stores will be open between 10am and 4pm.
A number of measures have been put in place to make the stores as safe as possible for staff and customers. These include:
- All customers (less those with valid medical reasons) to wear a face covering when in our store
- Only 15 (Carrow Road) / 20 (Fan Hub) customers will be permitted inside the store at one time
- There are hand sanitisation stations throughout
- There is a one-way system for customers to navigate
- Protective screens are in place at tillpoints
- We are only accepting card payments
- Staff will have their temperatures checked regularly and be issued with PPE
Please be aware that there will be no click and collect service available.
