Academy players sign professional contracts with Norwich City

16 July 2020

A group of Norwich City Academy players have signed professional contracts with the club as they enter the 2020-21 season.

For some of these players, it's the first professional contracts of their career, signing them as they broke through the Under-18s.

Jonathan Tomkinson has signed his first professional contract, keeping him at the Club until June 2022.

Ethen Vaughan’s first professional contract sees him at the Club until June 2021, with Josh Giurgi and Zach Dronfield’s contracts also keeping the young players with the Canaries for that length.

Meanwhile, three Under-23s players have signed extensions on their contracts, as they hope to continue their development in the side during the next campaign.

Isak Thorvaldsson has put pen to paper on an extension in his contract, now with the Club until June 2022.

Shae Hutchinson and Jon McCracken have both signed year extensions on their contracts, which were due to run out this summer. They both now reside with the Canaries for an extra year, signing until June 2021.
