Following official government guidelines, face coverings must be worn by all customers inside the Norwich City Fan Hub from Friday, July 24 onwards.
The store is open between 10am-4pm on Monday to Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturday. However, it will remain closed on Sunday until further notice. Our Carrow Road store will also remain closed.
A reminder that a number of measures have been put in place to ensure the Fan Hub is as safe of possible for staff and customers:
- Only 20 customers will be permitted inside the store at one time
- There are hand sanitisation stations throughout
- There is a one-way system for customers to navigate
- Protective screens are in place at tillpoints
- We are only accepting card payments
- Staff will have their temperatures checked regularly and be issued with PPE
