Rebate window now open

The window for eligible supporters to claim back their season ticket or seasonal product pro-rata rebate is now open.

It was recently announced that all 2019-20 season ticket holders, home and away members, hospitality members and car park permit holders would be able to claim a pro-rata refund for the games they will be unable to attend owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Supporters have until Tuesday, June 30 to complete this process and select from one of three rebate options.

Eligible supporters will receive a letter by post from Monday, June 1 confirming the exact amount they are entitled to. Those supporters with a registered email address will also receive an email communication.

Fans can also calculate the value of their rebate using the simple formula below:

Price originally paid for product divided by 19 (number of fixtures) multiplied by the number of games they will be unable to attend

Once supporters have completed the initial application form, it is important that stage 2 of the process is completed by visiting Supporters should also log in and ensure all personal details are up to date.

A reminder of the rebate options available to supporters are listed below.

Option one: Pro-rata refund

All 2019-20 season ticket holders and members can claim a full pro-rata refund based on the remaining 2019-20 fixtures that these fans are unable to attend.

Option two: Support the academy

Fans have the option to donate their pro-rata rebate to the club’s academy. The club have seen significant growth in academy productivity in recent seasons, with several youth players breaking through into the first team. Donating rebates to the club’s academy will further help development in this area.

Option three: Help the club’s Community Sports Foundation

The club’s official charity, the Community Sports Foundation, is facing significant potential losses of income in the region of £500k due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fans can donate rebates to the Foundation to help sustain their vital community work. The Foundation will also be able to claim Gift Aid, increasing each fan donation by 25 percent.
