At Norwich City's next home match with Southampton on Saturday, March 14 (3pm KO), supporters will be able to donate food items for Norwich Foodbank outside Carrow Road.
There will be three collection points around Carrow Road for fans to bring food items to drop off before they come to the match – one at the Barclay/South Stand corner, one at the corner of the Barclay/City Stand and another outside the Club shop.
Supporters will be able to donate at all collection points around the ground from 1pm until just before kick-off, with early-birds able to drop off from 12pm at a designated spot.
The items that are most needed by Norwich Foodbank are tinned fruits and vegetables, long-life sponge puddings and long-life milk, so supporters donating are encouraged to bring those if possible, with cash donations also welcome.
Norwich Foodbank make nutritionally balanced three-day food parcels, so every item makes a difference.
Last year’s inaugural collection saw the Trust collect 700kg of foodstuffs and raise £880 in cash donations.
