Loan Round Up: Mair stars for King's Lynn with a clean sheet

22 November 2020

Archie Mair continued his impressive form for King's Lynn Town on Saturday after keeping another clean sheet in their 2-0 win over Dover Athletic.

City's young goalkeeper was in fine form between the sticks to keep Dover at bay and help the Linnets to back-to-back victories.

After the match, Mair was announced as Lynn's player of the month for October:

Meanwhile, Sebastian Soto and Dan Adshead continued their influence on SC Telstar as the City duo both played 80 minutes of the Dutch side's 2-0 win over Dordrecht in the Eerste Divisie on Thursday night.

Keeping it overseas, Danel Sinani returned from international duty to play 45 minutes for Waasland-Beveren on Saturday, but they lost 2-0 to Cercle Brugge.

In Switzerland, Timm Klose made his first start and played the full 90 minutes for FC Basel but they lost 2-1 at Young Boys.

In Germany, Philip Heise played 68 minutes of Karlsruher's 3-1 win over Eintract Braunschweig.

Back in the UK, Sam McCallum featured for the full 90 minutes for Coventry City on Friday night and helped them to a clean sheet in a goalless draw with Birmingham City.

In the same division, Tom Trybull played 68 minutes in Blackburn Rovers 1-1 draw with Luton Town.

In League One, Carlton Morris and Milton Keynes Dons were beaten 3-1 by league leaders Hull City on Saturday. The City striker came on for the final 17 minutes but couldn't do anything to prevent Russell Martin's side losing.

In non-league, Caleb Richards played 90 minutes in Kidderminster Harriers' 2-2 draw away at Farsley Celtic.

And in Scotland, Aidan Fitzpatrick helped Queen of the South win 2-0 over Alloa in the Scottish Championship, playing the full 90.
