EFL iFollow update: Norwich City v Derby County

2 October 2020

Following an update from the EFL, Norwich City can confirm that season ticket holders must have created an iFollow account prior to 6pm on Friday in order to watch the club’s game against Derby County online for free this weekend.

After consulting with the EFL, the club initially communicated with supporters on Monday about ensuring that all registered email addresses were up-to-date, with a deadline of midday Wednesday set on this. It was also communicated that season ticket holders would have up until the 12.30pm kick off to create their iFollow account with their registered email address.

However, the EFL, who provide the iFollow product, have now confirmed that season tickets holders who did not create an iFollow account prior to 6pm on Friday will be unable to watch Saturday’s game.

The game will be broadcast on Sky Sports Football/Main Event. Supporters without a Sky subscription can purchase a NowTV day pass to watch the game, or an iFollow audio pass to listen to BBC Radio Norfolk's commentary of the game.
