Important iFollow information ahead of Birmingham

10 October 2020

Season ticket holders are advised to make sure they have created an iFollow account and that their email address on their customer file is updated by no later than midday on Wednesday, October 14 if they want to watch our fixture against Birmingham City, being played on Tuesday, October 20 (7.45pm kick-off), for free on iFollow.

The game is being broadcast to UK-based fans on Sky Sports but season ticket holders who don’t have access to the platform are able to watch the game for free on our iFollow service.

Normally for home matches, season ticket holders would be provided with a unique promotional code to activate the match broadcast but because the game has been selected by Sky, the promotional code mechanic is not available. Instead, season ticket holders will need to;

  • Visit tickets.canaries.co.uk and login
  • Select ‘change your details, preferences and opt-in’
  • Ensure that fans have a valid and up to date email within the ‘Email’ field
  • Select update

If a season ticket holder does not have an account on iFollow matching that email address, they will need to create one by visiting https://www.canaries.co.uk/my-account/.

The match pass will then automatically be made available here on the day of the game, as long as the season ticket holder is logged into an iFollow account using the same email address as their ticketing account.

Season ticket holders have until midday on Wednesday, October 14 to do this. If not, supporters without a Sky subscription can purchase a NowTV day pass to watch the game, or an iFollow audio pass to listen to BBC Radio Norfolk's commentary of the game. As the fixture has been chosen for Sky Sports coverage, £10 iFollow video match passes will not be available.

Please note, as the fixture has been chosen for Sky Sports coverage, it’s therefore not available to overseas supporters as part of international season or monthly passes.
