Six Norwich City loanees were in midweek action across England and Scotland on Tuesday night.
Academy goalkeeper Joe Rose kept a clean sheet for Bury Town in their 2-0 FA Cup third qualifying round at home to Nuneaton Town, making an outstanding save against former Premier League striker, Leroy Lita.

Fellow goalkeeper Archie Mair played 90 minutes of King's Lynn Town's 3-0 defeat at home to Boreham Wood in the National League (as did Simon Power).
Despite the result, Mair’s impressive saves in the game saw him win the fan-voted Man of the Match award.

Elsewhere in the FA Cup third qualifying round, Leiston’s tie with AFC Telford United ended 0-0 after 90 minutes, but City loanee Matthew Richardson was one of the scorers in Leiston’s 9-8 penalty shootout win.
Slough Town were knocked out of the tournament 1-0 by Bath City, with Louis Lomas playing the full match.
Over in Scotland, Aidan Fitzpatrick featured in Queen of the South’s Scottish League Cup defeat at home to Partick Thistle. The game finished 0-0 in normal time, with Partick Thistle winning 3-2 on penalties.
