Christoph Zimmermann has been ruled out of Norwich City's Sky Bet Championship clash with Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday with a calf problem.
Zimmermann has missed the last two matches with the same issue and Farke will have to do without his commanding centre-back once again this weekend.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference: "Christoph Zimmermann is still injured. The initial report last week was that it would be 4-5 days out but he missed Rotherham and then we had to rule him out of Birmingham.
"We've re-scanned him and the injury is sorted but he's still symptomatic and unable to sprint so sadly, he's not available."
Elsewhere, the City boss has declared Marco Stiepermann and Teemu Pukki fit for the visit of the Chairboys.
"Marco Stiepermann was unwell during the week and had to miss Birmingham," he continued. "We’re still investigating problems with his neck or back so he’s only a topic for tomorrow's matchday squad, not for the starting line-up.
"Teemu Pukki has recovered from cramp. We gave him a day off to recover so he’s available."
Other than Zimmermann and long-term absentees Sam Byram, Kieran Dowell and Onel Hernandez, there are no fresh injury concerns.
