Ben Godfrey scored his first international goal for England's Under-21s in their UEFA Euro U21 qualifier on Tuesday night.
After Eddie Nketiah gave the Three Lions the lead in Austria, Godfrey was at the far post in the 49th minute to hook a corner kick into the back of the net, going onto play the full 90 minutes.
Oliver Skipp was also involved for the first 80 minutes, while City full-back Max Aarons came on in the 72nd as England won 2-1 to create a six point lead over Austria at the top of Group C. Todd Cantwell also came on for the final ten minutes.
Elsewhere on the continent, Danel Sinani played the full 90 minutes for Luxembourg as they lost 1-0 in stoppage time at home to Montenegro in the UEFA Nations League.
Przemyslaw Placheta featured in the final 20 minutes of Poland Under-21s 1-0 win at home to Russia, putting them within one point of the latter at the top of Group E.
Meanwhile, Jacob Sorensen was an unused substitute for the Denmark Under-21s game against Northern Ireland.
