Jamal Lewis has completed a move to Newcastle United for an undisclosed fee.
The full-back, 22, has signed a five-year deal with the Magpies.
Lewis departs Carrow Road after progressing through City’s academy, going on to make a total of 100 first team appearances in all competitions, scoring two goals.
His first team debut for City came away at Brentford in December 2017. Lewis would then go on to cement himself as a regular in Daniel Farke’s side, making a total of 24 appearances during the remainder of the 2017-18 campaign.
In March 2018 he made his senior debut for the Northern Ireland national team in a 2-1 friendly win over South Korea.
He signed a contract extension with the club in October 2018 and played an instrumental part in City’s 2018-19 Sky Bet Championship triumph.
During that historic season, Lewis made a total of 44 appearances, collecting a series of individual accolades on the way, including a place in both the EFL and PFA Team of the Year.
As Norwich returned to the Premier League, Lewis would feature in a total of 32 games, scoring his first goal in the top-flight in the 1-0 win over Leicester City at Carrow Road in February.
Everyone at Norwich City would like to wish Jamal all the very best for the future.
