Norwich City captain Grant Hanley has won the Falcon Power Player of the Month award for January.
Voted for by fans on our Twitter and Facebook pages, Hanley eventually became the clear winner after going close with Ben Gibson and Kenny McLean.
During January, Hanley was part of the City defence to keep four clean sheets across six games in all competitions.
In scoring the opening goal at Cardiff City, he became only the second player (after Mario Vrancic) to score in all four of Daniel Farke's seasons as Norwich head coach.
Discussing the award on Thursday morning, Hanley said: "It's always nice to get a bit of credit individually but the lads did well over a good month.
"As a centre-half, first and foremost, clean sheets are what you're looking for. We feel like we're starting to be really difficult to score against and that's a positive. The clean sheets are a massive bonus for us.
"The boss is constantly demanding us to chip in with goals from set-pieces so that's something we're working on and still want to improve on. In those tight games, often a set-piece is the difference."
