Norwich City travel to St. Andrew’s to face Coventry City in the Sky Bet Championship on Wednesday at 7pm.
Our Match Preview looks at the Sky Blues’ season so far, the officials in charge of the match, and how you can follow the action from home.
With seven wins, ten draws and 12 defeats, Coventry sit 20th in the table ahead of the visit of Norwich.
Recent form has been patchy for Mark Robins’ side, a 2-0 win at home to Sheffield Wednesday followed by draws to Birmingham City and Watford and defeats to Nottingham Forest and Cardiff City.
Gustavo Hamer is the club’s top scorer so far this season with five goals.
This season, City loanee Sam McCallum has made 25 appearances for Coventry in the Championship but will be ineligible to face his parent club.
In the 123 meetings between Norwich and Coventry since 1908, there have been 34 Norwich wins, 54 Coventry wins and 35 draws.
Last time we met, early goals from Kenny McLean and Jordan Hugill sent Norwich through to the fourth round of the FA Cup.
As for our previous away game against Coventry, that was in December 2010 when Grant Holt’s second-half brace earned Norwich a 2-1 win at the Ricoh Arena.
Jarred Gillett has been appointed to take charge of Wednesday’s game, Paul Hodskinson and Philip Dermott his assistants and Leigh Doughty the fourth official.
The last time Gillett saw over a Norwich game was for December’s 2-1 win at home to Sheffield Wednesday, Josh Martin and Max Aarons both scoring in the final ten minutes.
