Location: Initially home-based with a view to being permanently based at Carrow Road, Norwich
Norwich City Football Cub are excited to present a new opportunity within the HR team for an experienced, authentic, and enthusiastic HR professional. In a fast paced and varied environment, we are searching for someone who is agile and adaptable with proven HR project delivery and employee relations experience.
In return, the club can offer an aspirational adventure of positive HR challenge and professional reward. You would be joining the function initially in a specialism focused capacity leading on key HR project delivery, such as training and development, with a broad blend of employee relations.
As you transition through this journey and support building a sustainable and continuously improving HR infrastructure the role will emerge into a HR business partnering concept that supports core areas of the Club, which is the gift of the successful HR professional to achieve.
The successful applicant will have previous HR experience in a similar role or equivalent, qualified to CIPD level 5, a demonstrable track record of HR project delivery and employee relations and experience of a training and development, such as building a training needs analysis and designing and deploying various training initiatives and programmes.
