Norwich City Football Club's official charity partner, the Community Sports Foundation, are making their 'Extra Time' sessions for the over-55s FREE for the remainder of the lockdown.
Consisting of a morning exercise class and an afternoon social hour every Wednesday (via Zoom), participants are welcome to join one or both the sessions. Book now.
Home fitness and movement sessions
The movement sessions are led by a qualified personal trainer, while the social hour includes quizzes, group chat, and – once a month – guest speakers.

Often with a Norwich City or sports angle, previous guest speakers have included Zoe Ward, Simon Lappin and Paralympian Jessica-Jane Applegate. Foundation trustee and retired sports writer and broadcaster Mick Dennis will be the guest speaker at the session on the January 27.
Joe Harvey, the Foundation’s Community Engagement Officer, said: "At a time when it’s so important our older generations stay active physically and socially connected, we really pleased to be able to remove the cost of the sessions and open them to all.
“The split sessions mean participants can work up a sweat with us in the morning with some easy-to-do exercises, before enjoying a quiz over a cuppa in the afternoon.
“We’ve got a great friendly bunch of Extra Time participants at the moment, who would love to welcome some new faces, I’m sure.”
