Norwich City can confirm that the club have fully transitioned to a cashless operation across its working sites.
Following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the club made the decision to stop accepting cash payments across its trading premises. This enabled significantly shorter queuing times, improved hygiene for staff and supporters plus a more efficient administration process for the club. The success of this process has accelerated the club’s decision to fully transition to a cashless operation.
Both Carrow Road and the Fan Hub will now continue to only accept credit / debit card and contactless payments. This includes payments made at stadium concourses, kiosks, bars, restaurants, car park sites and programme sellers.
Cash will no longer be accepted for any purchases made by supporters.
How to pay
- All major debit and credit card, including American Express.
- Mobile and wearable payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Official Norwich City gift vouchers (Fan Hub and Carrow Road store only)
It was also recently confirmed that the club’s Carrow Road ticket office will now only open for in-person transaction on home matchdays. For further information click here.
