Delia’s Canary Catering are delighted to announce a number of part-time vacancies at Norwich City FC.

In our corporate restaurants and bars, the restaurant managers will be responsible for welcoming and serving customers in a formal dining environment, efficiently managing a team of up to 25 waiting and bar staff, overseeing the team to deliver service within strict timeframes, ensuring food hygiene standards are always achieved, reconciling all tills and ensuring accuracy of order taking, food delivery and clearing. We are looking for people with; strong management and organisation skills, experience in a restaurant manager role or other relevant experience and people who have a can-do positive attitude with the ability to lead as well as being a hands-on team player.
Restaurant and bar supervisors
Restaurant and bar supervisors will be responsible for supporting the restaurant manager in providing exceptional customer service to our Delia standard, welcoming and serving our customers in a formal dining environment and supervising and leading a team of up to 12 waiting or bar staff. Experience in restaurant or bars is essential. Experience in a supervisory role, as well as a working knowledge of wines and cocktails would be beneficial.
Kiosk supervisors will be responsible for welcoming and serving our loyal fans food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, supervising and leading a team of up to 18 catering assistants, reconciling all tills and ensuring stock levels are maintained throughout each match and food hygiene standards are always achieved. Natural leadership skills are essential; experience is preferred but full training will be provided.
In our kiosks, catering assistants will be responsible for serving our loyal fans food and beverages on matchdays, providing exceptional and fast customer service, ensuring food hygiene standards are always achieved and ensuring the kiosk is cleaned to the highest standard and stock is rotated accordingly.
In our restaurants and bars, catering assistants will be responsible for welcoming and serving our customers in a formal dining environment, providing exceptional customer service to our Delia standard, accuracy of order taking, food delivery and clearing and ensuring the restaurant or bar is cleaned to the highest standard.
Whilst experience in catering is preferred for the position of catering assistant, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
All of the matchday roles above are typically on Saturdays, with some weekday evening and Sunday matches. A typical shift can be anywhere between four to 10 hours, depending on the game or the job role.

All of the roles are casual, hourly paid positions. The roles do not have an immediate start as the start date is dependent on the return of fans to the stadium.
