Daniel Farke expects Todd Cantwell to be fit for Norwich City's Sky Bet Championship clash against Luton Town on Saturday.
Cantwell has missed the last two matches for the Canaries with a calf strain but after completing an individual session on Thursday, he's set to return to team training on Friday afternoon with a view to being in contention for selection this weekend.
The City boss has plenty of options at present, compared to previous periods of the season, as he admits it's left him some tough decisions to make.
"We have many players in good form and performing well on the training pitch. It's difficult to leave, for example, Lukas Rupp and Jacob Sorensen, out of the team.
"Also, Xavi Quintilla who is training really well at the moment. He's happy for the team and happy for Dimitris Giannoulis but it's hard because we have lots of competition.
"If a player needs a rest and we need fresh energy, we will rotate but they will be late decisions."
Farke finished his team news by confirming Orjan Nyland and Marco Stiepermann's involvement for the Under-23s on Friday afternoon against Reading. The pair are set to be Farke's thoughts for next weekend's game against Sheffield Wednesday.
