Norwich City striker Teemu Pukki has won the Sky Bet Championship player of the month award for February.
The Finn went two games without a goal at the start of the month, but more than made up for it with goals in wins over Stoke City, Coventry City, Rotherham United, Birmingham City and Wycombe Wanderers.
Pukki scored seven goals across the seven games, as well as making one assist, to help the Canaries pick up 16 points.
Last week, he was named as winner of the Falcon Power player of the month award after being voted for by City supporters.
“It was a great, great month,” he said. “I think there’s a lot of players who could’ve got this award from other teams, so I’m really happy with how the month went and we’ve started March really well, so we’re in a good run now.
“There’s only one prize I’m after this year, which is to go back to the Premier League. These awards are nice, but in the end, they don’t matter that much if we don’t do what we want to do, which is reach the Premier League. All of our focus is on getting there.”
City head coach Daniel Farke missed out on winning the manager of the month award - that went to Cardiff City's Mick McCarthy.
