Norwich City Head of Recruitment, Kieran Scott, and Head of Football Development, Steve Weaver, took part in a fans forum with the Norwich City Fans Social Club on Tuesday night.
Both answered questions to The Athletic's Michael Bailey for the first hour of the session before fans were invited to submit their questions.
Discussing his role within Norwich City's Academy, Weaver explained his responsibility of making sure that Daniel Farke has the next player to come into the first team.
He explained how, in terms of activities going on behind-the-scenes, 2020-21 has been one of the Academy's most successful seasons with work carried out that will move it forward.
Scott went into more detail on the recruitment processes at the club and what determines its success in recent seasons, citing bravery and speed as two key strengths.
He highlight Jacob Sorensen and Bali Mumba as two players no-one had heard of before, but will now potentially be playing in the Premier League.
Scott then explained how Norwich City is sold to a prospective signing by way of in-depth dossiers on the individuals in question and how they'd fit into the playing philosophy.
More than 85 attendees attended the Zoom call, their contributions going towards raising money for the Community Sports Foundation.
